Motivation
His grades show how motivated he can be. In the first half of each semester, it’s obvious where he weaknesses are. However, each following year redemption and improvement is made. This is exhibited in all his classes, ones that he might be stronger in than others and his weaknesses. What motivates Aidan are his friends, they push him to be better and those who need him can’t see him fail.

Religion
His theology classes have shaped him the most, specifically Mr. Ashley-Menez’s, and Mr. Ej’s. They focus more on topics that he can relate to or perhaps give him a different perspective on his life and belief. Presenting him with questions like; what has he done wrong? What can he do to improve? How has he accidentally acted out one of the topics in his relationship with past partners or friends? He doesn’t question the fact if there is or isn’t a God, but he does question what ways he can honor and love God in his own way. Catholicism isn’t done in a straightforward way, but alternate ways are still being discovered.

Practice
The teacher that made a lasting impression on me is Mr. J. I believe we’ve bonded due to drumline. I believe I’m not the best leader, but I am still respected, and I get the chance to learn how to improve. Drumline has taught me to be a leader. Although I found out I don’t like being a leader, I now have the skills to be a leader if need be.

Leadership
Drumline has taught me to be a leader. Although I found out I don’t like being a leader, I now have the skills to be a leader if need be. CWSP has taught me how to make connections with any important people that I meet in the future. Making connections with people is going to be one of the most important skills that will guide me to success after college. Leadership and initiative, if I had to summarize it in a few words, are the skills I’ve learned that will guide me and carry me to good fortune.
